 THE TACACHO WITH CECINA 

This is one of my favorite dishes and I love it because it has different types depending on the taste of the commensal and all are very delicious.
TACACHO WITH SAJINO OF CECINA
This is prefered by the Loreto region as it is the original presentation of this dish and consists of the green banana ball, roasted and crushed, with a piece of jerky usually grilled.



TACACHO WITH PORK OF CECINA
This is my favorite because the tacacho is prepared with the crashed banana and mixed with the pork fat, the pork jerky is also grilled.


TACACHO WITH CECINA AND CHORIZO
For lovers of roasted chorizo, this is a very good option, since the tacacho is accompanied by a piece of jerky and a piece of chorizo, which makes an excellent and exquisite combination of this regional dish.


In addition, the tacacho is accompanied by its spicy cocona sauce, which makes this dish even more delicious than it already is.



I recommend it, I hope that at some point you will have the opportunity to try this dish, and those who have already tried it will give me the reason for how delicious this regional dish is.

MY EATING HABITS


Hi, I'm Fernando, I'm from Peru. For breakfast I usually eat empanadas or tortillas made with flour, egg and salt, I like this with a cup of coffee or hot milk.


I have lunch at work, then I buy a menu and I usually eat rice with chicken, fried fish or whatever I like; pork rind.


For dinner I usually have a cup of oatmeal accompanied by bread with a piece of cheese or ham, although my favorite is cheese.
